Off I-95 take the I-40 exit, (#81), towards Raleigh/Wilmington. Merge onto I-40 W (27.3 miles). Take the Rock Quarry Road North exit (#300B) and merge right onto Rock Quarry Road. Follow signs to stay on Rock Quarry (will have to make a left turn) and Rock Quarry Road becomes S Tarboro Road. Turn right onto Oakwood Avenue. Make immediate left onto campus.

From Wilmington:
Take the US-64 E/I-440 N exit - #301. Merge onto I-440 E. Take the Six Forks Rd. South exit #8A. Turn left onto Six Forks Road. Turn left onto Lassiter Mill Road. School is about 1.5 miles down on the left (Look for Tennis Courts)
From Greensboro/Durham:
I-40 East to Exit 289 (Wade Ave. Extension)
Take 440 North (approximately 4 miles) Get off at Six Forks N exit
Make a right onto Six Forks Rd., go past North Hills Mall @ the 2nd traffic light (Exxon)
Turn left on Lassitor Mill Rd (next to the mall parking lot)
Go 1.5 miles on Lassitor Mill Rd.

From I-40/85, pass the "Greensboro next 10 Interchanges" sign and stay in the right lane. When two highways split (just past the Randleman Rd. exit), follow I-40 West towards Winston-Salem. Take the Freeman Mill Road/Coliseum Area exit, #218-B. Turn left at the firsst stoplight onto Coliseum Blvd. Follow for approximately 1.5 miles and turn right at third stoplight onto Spring Garden Street. Follow Spring Garden St. to Aycock St. and turn left. Parking lot will be on the right and the HHP (Gymnasium is located 1/2 block from parking lot). From parking lot entrance, begin walking and turn right. Parking lot is beside the baseball field and the gym is across the street.

From I-85 North, take the Coliseum Area exit, #122-B. Follow for approximately 1.7 miles and turn left at the stoplight onto Coliseum Blvd. Follow for approximately 1.5 miles and turn right at 3rd stoplight onto Spring Garden Street. West Meck High School:
From Charlotte go south on I-85 and turn right onto Little Rock Road. At the second traffic light turn left onto Tuckaseegee Road and go about .8 miles and the school is on the right.
Western Guilford High School:
From I-40 (Western side of Greensboro): Take the Guilford College Rd. exit - if travelling I-40 East, turn right. Go approximately 1.5 miles. You will cross RR tracks and come to a stop light. Turn left onto W. Market Street. At next light, turn right onto Friendway. You will go around a sharp curve left and a sharp curve right. After curves, high school is on the left. Take 2nd driveway entrance into school. Gym is in back left past tennis courts.
Western High School:
Take Exit 143 off I85/40. Go north on Huffman Mill Rd. Take first left onto Garden Rd. Go to end of road turn right on St. Mark's Church Rd. Go through Elon College. Go to Hwy 87 N. turn left. School will be on right. Turn at stop light and gym is behind school.
Williams High School:
Take Exit 143 off I85/40. Go north on Alamance Road - Hwy. 62. (turn left if going north/east on interstate or turn right if going south/west on interstate). It dead-ends into Church Street. Turn right. Go to 3rd stop light, turn left on Country Club Rd. Gym is on the left side of the school.
Winston-Salem State University / C.E. Gaines Center:
From Statesville: Take I-40 East past Clemmons exit to the I-40 (E) split (Business and Bypass). Bear left taking I-40(E) Business to Hwy. 52 South. Travel Hwy. 52 (S) to Stadium Drive. Turn left on Stadium. Go to Martin Luther King Drive. Turn right on MLK Drive. Travel down hill to Reynolds Park Road. Turn left on Reynolds Park Road. Turn left into the university. Bear to the left and the C.E. Gaines Center is the first building.
From Greensboro: Take I-40 Business West after the Sandy Ridge Road exit. Travel Business 40 (W) into Winston-Salem to Hwy. 52 South. Follow directions above.
