• Tournament directors do not prepare schedules
• All schedules will be posted online and emailed. No mailing.
• Schedules are subject to change. Double-check the posted schedules and emails.
• Teams must qualify for bracket play through the pool competition.
• Teams that do not advance from DI pool play MAY enter the D2 tournament.
• Teams may play in the D3 tournament if:
  • They do not advance from DI pool play and/or
  • They do not finish in the top 5 of the D2 championship or
  • They did not participate in either the DI or D2 event
    
     

NCAAU State Championships

Entry Fees:
Pool Play fee:  $240 (due with entry)
Bracket Play fee: $240
(Paid after you qualify for bracket play)

Roster Limit:
15 players - 4 coaches / non players

Format:
Round robin pool play competition, then top placing teams advance to championship bracket.

Div. 1 or Div. 2:
Teams must elect to compete in DI or DII when sending in entry

National Championship Qualification:
Each age group event will qualify up to six teams for the National Championship Tournaments this summer.

Automatic Bids:
Clubs which earned automatic national bids last summer MAY NOT exercise those bids unless they participate in the district championship of the same age and division.

Super Regional Bids:
Teams which earn Super Regional national bids MAY NOT exercise these bids unless they participate in a district championship.

How to Enter:
You can enter the tournament anytime between January 15, 2010 and the entry deadline. REGISTER AND PAY FOR POOL/BRACKET PLAY HERE!

On Jan. 15th, Go to the home page of of this site and click onto the icon that says “REGISTER AND PAY FOR POOL/BRACKET PLAY HERE”. Complete the entry form, put in your credit card information and enter.  

THEN:  on the home page, click onto the mouse under the words “SUBMIT YOUR ONLINE ROSTER”.  Upload your roster and birth information to the national website. 

Roster Deadline:
You have until 3 days before the event to complete your roster.  You must print off copies of the uploaded roster to check in at the tournament.
